Getting Started
Introduction
Swiftlier is a software platform designed to help educational organisations optimise their sales, administration and operational delivery.
An 'all-in-one' platform, Swiftlier has been carefully crafted to free as much staff time as possible from manual processes, scheduling and administration.
Organisations can then invest this valuable time in widening their reach, and on delivering outstanding customer experiences and learner outcomes.
Swiftlier provides a suite of advanced functionality designed to help growing organisations:
- market and sell courses - in person, online and over the telephone;
- provide a great customer and learner experience - from registration, through to onboarding, delivery and post study;
- deliver their courses safely and to a high standard - encompassing the completion of attendance registers and assessment reports by Tutors, and the secure sharing of essential student safety information such as medical alerts, allergies and emergency contact details with those responsible for students;
- optimise their financial operations and commercial performance - through automated invoice and payment tracking, and advanced reporting.
The aim of this documentation is to introduce and explain the various features of Swiftlier, helping organisations to get the maximum benefit from the platform - for them, their students and their staff.
The Applications
Swiftlier is made up of several applications:
- The HQ: Available at https://hq.swiftlier.com, HQ is the central hub of Swiftlier. Here, you will manage your organisation, take in-person bookings, provide customer service, view orders and reports, and so much more!
- The Shop: Your Shop, or booking widgets, enables you to take bookings and payments for your school online. It also provides access to the Customer Portal for your customers/attendees.
- The Instructors' Portal: The Instructors' Portal is where your instructors (tutors, trainers etc) are able to view their own schedules, record attendance, keep records and complete any Pupil Progress Reports assigned to them.
